How can i place a rental order?

What information do i need to place an order?
Event address.
Two contact phone numbers.
Event start and end date.
Contact information for the day of the event.
Payment must be made in advanced unless otherwise agreed.
Are all items subject to availability?
Yes, all items are subject to availability and are only guaranteed once payment has been received.
Payment options
Credit cards: VISA, Mastercards, American Express, Discover.
Cash, checks, and cashier's checks (must be received at least one week before the event unless otherwise agreed)
Bank transfers and direct deposits (bank details will be provided with your quote).
Rentals rates
All rates are based on a 24-hour rental period per item.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice (does not apply to confirmed orders).
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates.
Additional fees apply for setup and takedown, depending on time and staff required.
Some items require special equipment or tools for proper setup; any additional fees will be detailed in your quote.
Deliveries
We do not offer customer pick-up.
A signature is required upon delivery; the customer assumes responsibility for all rented items once signed.
Delivery and pick-up fees are quite based on distance, schedule, and event conditions.
Additional charges
Extra charges apply if delivery involves stairs or elevators.
Extra charges apply for last-minute add-on orders on the day of the event.
Any city permits required (tents, stages, sound systems, fire or safety permits) are the customer's responsibility.
Do you provide setup for events?
We can set up your tables and chairs for an additional fee, arranged in advance.
DAMAGE
The customer is responsible for all rented items from the moment of delivery until they are picked up by our team.
Any items that is lost, stolen, damaged, or returned in poor condition will be billed at the full replacement cost.
Replacement costs vary depending on the item and will be provided upon request or at the time of billing.
No credit will be given for items that were rented but not used.
Cancellation policy
Custom or special-orders items:
Once confirmed, no cancellations are accepted.
Charge: 100% of the order value, regardless of cancellation date.
Standard (non-customs) items:
Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: 25 % of the total rental amount.
Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the event: 50 % of the total rental amount.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: 100 % of the total rental amount.
Items not used or not returned: 100 % of the total rental amount will be charged.
